•   A 24 hour cancellation notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment.

•   Our chemical services are guaranteed only when professional products are used. Please let us know within two weeks if you are not completely satisfied.

•   Hair care products purchased for home use are guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly exchange any product returned within two weeks.

•   Skin care products are not refundable or exchangeable. Please consult with your skin care specialist in order to ensure you receive the products that will be most beneficial to you.

•   Please let your technician know if you are currently taking any medication. Some medication may alter the effects of chemical services or may not be recommended with certain treatments.

•   Gift cards make the perfect gift and may be purchased in the salon or by phone. Gift cards are not refundable and expire one year from date of purchase.

•   Personal checks are gladly accepted. Any check returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a minimum of $25 and could jeopardize your check writing privileges.

•   We are a multi-level salon. All prices are based on service providers availability.

•   Our services do not include gratuity, however, they are greatly appreciated.

•   We accept VISA and MASTER CARD

•   Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and purified water are available to our guests. Please help yourself.
